Delivery and Shipping ? 

We offer free delivery on all orders. We pay from our pocket for getting the product delivered to you. In fact, we lose a lot of money if your delivery doesn't happen and the product is returned to us.

So when you place your order, please provide complete address and accept the order when the courier partner comes for delivery.

For Prepaid orders: There is no order verification time. We will ship your order within 1 day and we will try to get it delivered to you within 4-5 working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders: Please expect 1-2 days for order verification, and another day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. In total, you should have your product within 1 week.

Returns & Replacement

3-Day Replacement Policy Summary

We offer a 3-day replacement policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Key Points:

  1. No Returns for Size, Quality, or Personal Preferences: Sizes are provided in the product description.
  2. Inspection Required for Replacements: Unboxing video is mandatory for return requests.
  3. Eligibility for Replacement:

Ineligible Cases:

  • Items damaged/washed by the customer.
  • Items not in original condition or packaging.
  • Requests after the 3-day window.

Replacement Process:

  • Share order details, photos, and unboxing video via WhatsApp (no calls).
  • After inspection, eligible returns will receive credit as a discount code or gift card for future orders.

Additional Notes:

  • A flat ₹100 return fee applies for size-related returns.
  • Refunds to UPI/bank accounts are issued only in exceptional cases like prolonged delays or repeated errors.
  • If return pickup is unavailable, customers must courier the product back at their own cost.
